Signing in to Betmica takes a few seconds once your account is set up: an email address, a password and, if you switch it on, a one-time SMS code. We tested the Betmica login on a Windows laptop, an iPhone and an Android phone, and the process is the same browser-based flow on all three. Below you’ll find the exact steps, the security options worth turning on, and the rules that cause most failed logins.
Betmica login on desktop
- Open the casino site in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Use the /play link from our guide if you want to be sure of the right address.
- Click Log In in the top-right corner.
- Enter the email address you registered with and your password.
- If 2-step verification is on, type the one-time SMS code sent to your mobile.
- You land in the lobby, with your balance and any active bonuses in the account menu.

Betmica login on mobile
There’s no Betmica app in the App Store or Google Play. The mobile site runs in your browser on iOS and Android and mirrors the desktop layout in a single scrolling column.
- Open Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and go to the casino site.
- Tap the menu icon, then Log In.
- Enter your email and password, or tap the passkey option if you’ve set one up (see below).
- Enter the SMS code if 2-step verification is active.
Save the site to your home screen
The site works as a home-screen web app (PWA), which gives you an icon and a full-screen view without the browser bar.

The icon opens the same secure site you’d reach in the browser, so logins, passkeys and limits all carry over.
2-step verification
2-step verification (2SV) adds a one-time SMS code to each login. It’s optional, and in our view it’s worth switching on for any account holding money.
- Go to your account settings and open the security section.
- Turn on 2-step verification and confirm your mobile number.
- From then on, each login asks for the code after your password.
Keep your mobile number up to date. If you change numbers, update it in your account before you lose access to the old SIM, otherwise you’ll need support to help you back in.
Passkeys, Face ID and fingerprint login
On a phone, Betmica supports passkeys, so you can sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead of typing a password. The passkey is stored by your device (iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager), and the casino never sees your face or fingerprint data.
- Log in normally on your phone.
- In security settings, choose to create a passkey.
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint.
- Next time, tap the passkey option on the login screen.
Passkeys are tied to that device or account ecosystem. If you switch from iPhone to Android, set up a new one.
Forgotten password and the 5-attempt lock
Resetting your password
- Click Forgot password on the login screen.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Open the reset email. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
- Choose a new password you haven’t used elsewhere.
No email? Check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you’re using the address you signed up with.
The 30-minute lock
After 5 wrong attempts, Betmica locks the login for 30 minutes. Waiting it out is the quickest fix, as repeated attempts during the lock don’t help. If you’ve forgotten the password, use the reset link instead of guessing.
Important
A lock after wrong passwords is temporary. A block linked to GAMSTOP, self-exclusion, missing verification or a duplicate account is different, and some of those can’t be lifted early. See account blocked.
Logging in from abroad or on a VPN
Betmica’s UK accounts are for use in Great Britain. Logins from outside the UK, or through a VPN, are blocked, and repeated attempts can trigger an account review.
- Travelling? Expect the login to be refused until you’re back in the UK.
- Using a VPN for work or privacy? Turn it off before you open Betmica.
- Some corporate networks and privacy browsers route traffic abroad; switch to mobile data if you’re refused at home.
This isn’t the casino being awkward; UK licensing rules mean the operator has to know players are where they say they are.
Security tips from our team
- Use a unique password of 12 characters or more, stored in a password manager.
- Turn on 2-step verification or a passkey.
- Never share your login, even with family. Shared accounts break the terms.
- Log out on shared or public computers.
